MMU OPEN & new baby!! (21/02/09)

Greetings!!

Last Saturday, MMU OPEN tournament 2009 was held in Pey Fong Secondary Skul. I woke up at 6am and reach campus at 7am. The event was overall a successful one despite some problems occurred which slowed down our progress. It's organised by MMU Melaka Table Tennis Club and was a one-day-event. Hehe. I worked as a working committee under competition division.

Ah well, it's quite a tiring day but I really enjoy it. All the committees work, eat, and chit chat together. Due to some1(player) which's quite lan si, doing some lan si stuffs, our mood're spoiled on tat day especially during night time. Every1's tired and yet need to listen to those "so-called ADVICES" from him. Sien diao.

In the evening, me and other 3 frens went to a bicycle shop nearby Pey Fong. Four of us spent nealy an hour choosing & discussing there and finally every1'd chosen our own bikes. Keke. We tried to bargain with the tauke but it didnt really work =.= My bike cost me RM500. We got free locks from tauke too =) Guess what?? We saw a bike cost RM30,000 there too!! Walao eh =.= Steady man~

The event ended at 11sth and after cleaning up and some photoshooting session, it's around 12.15am Sunday d. 3 girls (including me) and 1 guy cycled all the way back to MMU from Pey Fong. Wakaka. Thx to Ghee Onn!! He guilded us back to Bukit Beruang safe and sound. It's already 1am when i finally reached home. Means tat we took around 45mins to cycle on the road =.= no bad huh? XD

With my new baby, I cycle to campus everyday(actually only 2days nia till now). The only thing which I'm worried is the weather cos I cant cycle on rainy day. If I cycle while holding an umbrella then'll be very funny haha =.= Here are some photos for the day.

Back!!

Greetings to all!!!

Wa it's been ages since i last updated my blog =.= due to connection problem, I hardly online during CNY in Miri =.= And after come back to Melaka, my house connection got problem again. Now it's get fixed and finally I can on9 in my room d instead of on9-ing in campus. Anyway, I really had a great time in Miri although it had been raining almost everyday during CNY!! Met lots of old frens and had lots of fun!! Here comes the problem, I've gained weight =.= Oh my oh my, gotta lose weight d!! >"<

It's now week3 of 3rd trimester. Life becomes more hectic but i still enjoy it!! For sports, I have promised myself to practise harder in table tennis, hope that I can keep to my promise as I've stop playing it for few months =.= Some more InterCampus Tournament is just around the corner =) Besides, I'm addicted to PSP games recently. Thought of getting one but since economy is bad now, I shall reconsider it again >"<

Ah well, I tried to find some photos to be uploaded but too bad I only have a few photos taken during CNY, and no photos taken during Valentine's day =.= awwww~ And those photos which my frens send to me were gone b4 i manage to back up my phone while reformatting 2 days ago. >"<>

Back to Melaka.

Hello there!!
Wow almost 1 week i didnt update my blog d. hehe. I wanna blog bout alot of things but dunno where to start =.= Well, where had I been for the past few days (since Christmas)? hehe.. deng deng deng!! I went to Cyberjaya!! Actually nothing so special bout it la =.= Just it's meaningful for me cos I can spend few days with some1 special ^^

Other than having chance to stay few nights there and meet with some old frens, I went KL shopping with Tai. We shopped for some CNY clothes apart from dating ;p I prefer shopping at KL cos the choices might not be tat many when I back Miri after exams. Besides, I meet with my sis and we talked alot. Hehe. Will update more bout this trip when I'm free.

This morning I registered my course for next sem d. I'm quite late for it and this results in different tutorial groups with my geng =( But still, I manage to make Wednesday no class at all. Dunno is it good or bad? =.= study 4days then rest 3days every week. Keke. But Tues & Thurs de schedule jiu kinda packed lo. 7hours ah!! Aiks. Plan to take Cyber-pre next sem de but I think I shall leave it to Gama Year la.

Final exams will be on next Mon, Thurs & Sat. But I havent touched anything yet. Aiks hope I can complete my revision in time. Then will back Miri on Sunday hehe. Oh ou CNY coming soon!! Yeah yeah!! Feel happy bout it cos this year I'm gotta have CNY in Miri ^^ Looking forward to meet my old frens!! hehe =)

Another tired day~

Huuuu~ yesterday was another tired day. Aiks. Had class from 10am till 7pm. Of course there're breaks in between la. hehe. If not I'll be a dead meat now =.= 10am class is an enjoyable class. Not to mention the handsome yet responsible lecturer, I enjoyed the class due to his interesting teaching method. The room's air conditioner was rather too strong for us, making most of us freezing cold throughout the 2.5hours class.

Later, 1-3pm was DLD class. Err how should i describe bout the lecturer? =.= He's kinda an "outstanding" lecturer in MMU i would say. He keeps shoulder-length hair and sometimes wears jeans to class. He likes to tell us sth bout life or movies although he said break for 5mins. Most special thing bout him is tat he always add two words in his sentence whenever he's lecturing. For example:" Look here my friend, this..." ; "Do you see that, my friend?" ; "This's important, my friend." and etc etc. Haha. My friend had even counted that he repeats the words "my friend" for 6-7times each minute (+_+) Besides, he doesn't like side-talk. He takes side-talking as noises which will effect his class. He doesn't like us to use hp or napping in class. And most importantly, he hates ppl call him "teacher" or "lecturer"!! =.= haha. The way he talks while lecturing always makes me feel sleepy successfully. I dunno why. Hais. Tat's all i know bout him so far.

After break for 2 hours, here comes my EEN2 class at 5-7pm. This time even worse =.= I'm already sleepy since the DLD class just now in addition of waiting the 2hours break time to pass and I bet most of the students in our class also feel tired d. This time our lecturer is Madam P. She has a Indian slang which I cant really get used to =.= When u're listening sth u cant totally understand or catch up with, this's the result... ;p deng deng deng deng!!! We didnt pakat at all de. I didnt know our resting posture had being snapped down until my fren show it to me XD

After dinner, Carol tat group continue their practice for presentation at SRC. While waiting, I watched drama in another corner of SRC. At around 11pm, SoonAik, Raymond, WaiYee, WeiYing, YingHui, YiFang & I went to mamak for supper. We went to the "Big Cup Juice" again. Hereby I wanna emphasize how big is the size when we ordered juice "BESAR". Hehe.

This's a small one. For normal hot drinks like "teh" or "susu".

Hello there!!
Erm I'd been rather busy with my DLD assignment last weekend so couldn't update my blog in time. Well, last entry I mentioned bout my frens' presentation practice at Carol's house right? But since I didnt really get full permission from the house owner, so I'll only upload some photos here. Else, i dunno what may happen. Perhaps some1 may wanna broke into her house later? who knows? aiks touch wood!! =.=

Next, I would talk bout my group assignment for DLD last weekend. The question is not too tough for us after all. But the problem is, our lecturers had changed the sequence of the syllabus due to some teachinical problem. In other words, the assignment requires knowledge from Chap5 alot but our lecturer only covered half of the Chap5-part1 =.= So we're like no idea how to start at the beginning. After some info and discussion with frens and group members, we get to complete it(I think so XD)

Last Saturday, my group combined with another 2 groups for discussion. We stayed in campus for around 13hours=.= Laptop & some softwares become our best companion. Aiks =.= Now my group leader had passed up our work I think. Although there might be some errors here and there but tat's what we had done & I hope Dr. Lim understand that we did our work based on our knowledge on Chap5. Or should i say:"3groups x 5ppl = 15ppl's knowledge" Hehe.

While on Sunday, we didnt stay in campus for so long as some of the members need to have their meals at home due to a celebration. I dunno how to call it in English. I only know it is called "冬至" in Chinese haha =.= For us Chinese, we'll make "tang yuan" to eat. But since I'm far from home so I wont have the chance to have some. Hehe. Guess what?? Wendy brought me some "Tang Yuan" & it's specially made for me!! hehe.. It's added with some ginger but it still taste good!! was kinda surprised with it hehe. Thanks^^ u're so sweet hehe ;p Anyhow, I only remember to snap a photo of it when I almost finished it =.=

Then last night, YangHung, Neo, Oscar & I went to Carol's house. At first still got others wanna follow but since we r lack of transportation so end up only 4 of us attend to the event. An event named "caroling" was held at her house. And it's the 3rd time i been to her house already hehe. We reached there at 10pm & enjoy ourselves to the max!! There're some singing, dancing and also Santa Clause leading the crowd. We joined them for singing some songs too. We wish each other Merry Christmas after tat and then had some refreshment. I should call it a meal instead of refreshment. Thumbs up to the food prepared by Carol & her family!! Walao eh so tasty!! Yum Yum!! I miss those food now >.<

We left Carol's house at around 11.15pm. I thought we'll be going home d but the driver (Neo) drove us to eat satay celup =.= The shop is newly opened few months ago and most importantly, it's cheap & taste good!! RM0.50 per stick nia!! Other shops located at town charge Rm0.70 per stick =.= I had 12 sticks so cost me RM6.00 hehe.

It's already 1sth when I reached home and I went to bed after a while. Was indeed a busy yet happy day!! hehe~

After Presentation

I am back again. One word to describe our presentation just now ---> LAME. Hais. What to do? Others groups having presentation on the same day as us today were too strong d compared to ours=.= But they really did a good job la i would say. Ah well, I shouldn't be bothered by this as it just contribute 15% marks overall. After all MPW is just a pass/fail subject wat? I think i will still manage to pass the subject by doing good in essays for final.

Oh ya, during our presentation, the atmosphere was kinda awkward. And I know this will definitely result in "no-so-high marks" for my group. But still, hereby I wanna thank my group for the presentation just now. (Ben, SinYee, YangHung, FeiJia & KhaiYee) Althought our marks might not be as high as others, but who cares? as long as we had FUN preparing it & had outings together right? hehe..

After tat, I went SRC alone while others had gone back d. Due to some reason, my mood which already not-so-good at the beginning has reached its peak and exploded, further resulting in some conflicts with a good fren of mine. I didnt mean it. After a while, we negotiated and I'm glad that we're fine now. Still, I wanna tell you sth: Hey, sorry for my misbehaviour k? Frens 4ever. (U know who u're) =)

I'm supposed to be having rest at home right now. But i don feel like going home even though I'm mentally & physically exhausted. Am currently blogging in campus. Later Carol them will come fetch me to join them for their practice (next week will be their turn to present). I just decided to join them as i don feel like going home. Hope by joining them later, my day'll be full of colours and joy. I know they'll cheer up my day for sure ^^v Yeah..
